With remotely read meters, our customer billing is based on actual electricity consumption. You can opt to have your electricity bill in the form of an e-bill, an email bill, or a traditional paper bill. Electronic e-bill is easiest

The free e-bill is an easy and quick way of taking care of electricity bills. The e-bill arrives direct in your online bank, and to pay it, you only need to check and accept the bill. You can become an e-bill user in your own online bank. To make an e-bill service agreement, you will need your customer number, which you will find on your electricity bill. The number of bills is determined by your consumption estimate, either 4, 6 or 12 bills a year. The bill payment term is always two weeks. Your bill will also always show the estimated due date of your next bill, which helps to be prepared for it. When paying your bill, always use the reference number and account number on the bill. This way the payment is quickly allocated against the correct bill.
