Oma KSOY service
Oma KSOY brings together all your electricity network service needs in one place – easily, securely and on mobile. It gives you access to more accurate information on electricity use and a whole new range of services. You can adjust your electricity matters in a concrete way. At the moment the service is available in Finnish and Swedish.
Oma KSOY gives you easy access to:
- your contract and customer information
- bills, which you can also pay through the service
- your electricity usage data, electricity price and temperature data
- a secure contact channel for customer service.
After installing a new smart meter, you will also receive:
- electricity usage data with an accuracy of up to 5 minutes
- the possibility to disconnect electricity usage
- scheduling electricity usage, e.g. according to exchange electricity prices.

This is how you activate Oma KSOY:
- On your phone, go to oma.ksoy.fi.
- Install the app on your phone.
- Log in with your online banking credentials or Mobile ID.
The first time you log in, strong authentication is required. Security is ensured by also occasionally requiring strong authentication later, as the service uses your electricity usage data. You can also access the service with a desktop version on a computer, but we recommend installing the app on your mobile phone.
