We will be happy to serve you in all matters relating to your electricity supply contract. You can conduct your electricity business through the channel of your choice: via our online service, by phoning our customer service, or by sending us a message.

The Online service (opens to a new window) is open to you at any time of day or night. By logging into our service, you can notify us of a change of address, manage your contract affairs, or view your electricity consumption, for example. If you require a personal service, please contact our customer service on weekdays between 8–17 tel. 05 7780 500 or by sending an email message. We will answer your call within 30 seconds. A reply to an email message will be sent as soon as possible, but within three working days at the latest.
