For the network service fee, you will receive

• the right to use electricity whenever you wish and as much as your connection allows
• 24-hour monitoring of power distribution and fault repairs every day of the year
• electricity metering and reports on your consumption down to the hour
• maintenance and upgrade of the electricity network, its regular inspections, servicing and line area clearance

Terms of connection for high-voltage distribution Networks

Any disputes arising from the contract shall be settled through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the consumer may bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. The consumer must be in contact with the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices before bringing the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board.
